  • Recruiters remain central to candidate sourcing, relationship management, and placement
  • Efficiency-focused, using tech to reduce admin work and speed up hiring
  • Revenue model remains placement/commission-based

How?

  • Using AI-driven sourcing and applicant suitability/screening
  • Automating interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
  • Leveraging Agentic automation for candidate outreach
  • Using analytics to track recruiter performance
  • Automating onboarding and digital experiences for candidates & clients Tech-enabled businesses are more efficient, and effective, but still rely on traditional recruitment models.

Tech Led

Uses technology as the primary driver of recruitment, with automation, AI, and data science at the core of its operations.

  • Tech-first approach—platform or software is the primary product offering
  • Reduces reliance on people in the business
  • Scalable, automated processes for sourcing, screening, matching and onboarding
  • Opportunity to change revenue model

How do you drive a higher EBITDA and EV?

1. Being a traditional agency is no longer enough, instead you need to be a 'tech enabled’ business and consider tech-led opportunities. 2. Time to First is not a compromise on quality, it is the direct output of intelligent tech!  3. Automated match, outreach, qualification is a must-have. As is automated onboarding and order to cash. 4. Business development, relationship management is hard but with more time and better technology, the answer is right in front of you 5. Working outside your CRM, increases time, cost and complexity, let alone headcount, so why allow it? 6. The traditional recruitment model is broken! Don't make the same mistake again by increasing headcount in an attempt to increase revenue!
