Performance vs Target

For consultants, the performance verses target report gives a simple view of how they are performing in relation to their targets across key metrics. You can choose any 5 of of the available metrics, with the defaults being vacancies added, cv submissions, 1st interviews arranges, offers made and placement by value.
Team leaders can view these metrics for an entire team, or for individuals so that they can easily identify areas of good practice, and where additional support may be needed.
