Activities Report

The Activities Report gives a simple view of all key activities for Consultants, Team Leaders and Senior Manager designed to help monitor and drive performance of all individuals and teams across your business. You can drill through on any of the visuals to see specific details for each measure. The Recruitment page allows you to see all key activities in one place, including a performance funnel that visualises the progression of Vacancies created, through to Placements, so you can better understand where you are losing business.
The Business Development page shows performance across common new business activities in simple chart form. It includes details of new Candidates added, new Clients, new Contacts, Spec Sends, Phone calls and Appointments.
The Comparison page allows you to filter on a range of key metrics and see how they compare by Business Unit, Site, Primary Team or Consultant.
