Client Interactions

The Client Interactions report is accessed directly from the client record. The report provides insights across 3 dashboards:
- Overview – shows volume of activities by type, the top 5 most active client contacts, contract runner volumes & gross profit, and placement value by type for the specific client being viewed.
- Client contacts – shows the frequency of communication, and recency of contact in days since last interaction with each client contact, as well as the associated profit generated by those interactions. The client contact activities grid gives a view of the interactions that are, or are not, happening with a clear RAG rating and visualisations of the recency of these interactions are available for each contact.
- Communications channels – shows the channels that are being used for communications, including Teams meetings, phone calls and appointments by purpose.
The report gives you insight to help you really understand your communications with clients, and the relationships with individual client contacts to identify who are the go-to contacts and where some re-engagement may be beneficial for previously productive relationships.
