Pipeline Velocity Report
The Pipeline Velocity Report provides invaluable information for key stages across the recruitment funnel process so you to see the current performance of team(s) and individuals.
The Overview Page shows the average number of days it takes to move Permanent Vacancies and Contract/Temp Vacancies through to a Placement Start date, and graphs that display the average number of days from Vacancy to Acceptance per month.
You can view average days between different stages of the recruitment funnel. For example: Date Interview Arranged to Actual Interview Date, Offer Made to Acceptance, Acceptance to Placement Start, etc.
The Details Page gives a more granular view of how long it takes to move candidates through the stages of the pipeline from Vacancy creation to Placement Start. This helps you to identify where there are opportunities to reduce the time to hire and improve conversion rates.
You can compare the relative performance and efficiency of consultants, teams or even across sites - and identify anomalies in your data where processes are not being followed as expected such as logging interviews after they have actually happened.
You are also able to switch between the details for Vacancy or Shortlist owners.
